Who we are

Who may use MySpecial.App

You must be 18 or older. Every visitor confirms this before seeing any page, and you give your date of birth when you sign up. Accounts of people under 18 are refused.

You sign in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time code sent to it. Keep your phone safe: anyone who receives your codes can use your account.

What you can buy

Creators sell paid messages, locked posts, custom requests, services and tips. Each item says what you get, by when, and what happens if it is not delivered.

There are no free messages: you write to a creator only by buying a paid message.

Tips are gifts to the creator and are not refunded.

Payments

Payments are taken by our payment gateway. An order counts as paid only once the gateway has confirmed the payment to us; a payment page or a screenshot is not a confirmation. A failed payment can be tried again until the order expires.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The fees and the refund rules are on their own pages: fees, and refunds and cancellations.

Refunds and problems

Refunds are for the whole order. You get your money back automatically when the creator does not deliver: no reply in time, a request declined or not delivered by its due date, or an item removed under our content policy.

If something is wrong with a completed order, you can report a problem for a short time after it completes; staff review every report. Tips cannot be reported.

What is not allowed

The content policy applies to everything on MySpecial.App: what creators sell and what you write. No nudity or sexual content, no escort or dating services, no unregistered investment tips, no betting. Messages and uploads are checked automatically and may be reviewed by staff.

You may not copy, share or resell what you buy. Images you unlock carry a mark that identifies your account.

We may hold or remove content, and limit, suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or the content policy. You can report a creator, a post or a message, and block a creator.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from your account page once nothing is open: no unfinished order and nothing owed. The privacy policy says what is kept after that, and for how long.
