Adults only

MySpecial.App is for people aged 18 or older. Visitors confirm their age before seeing a creator page, and give their date of birth when they first sign in. Anyone under 18 cannot use the service.

Creators are verified with identity documents before they can sell.

What is not allowed

Content on MySpecial.App may be for adults, but it is never explicit. The same rules apply everywhere: public pages, locked posts, private messages, custom requests and the briefs fans write.

• Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
• Escort or dating services.
• Investment tips from anyone who is not registered to give them.
• Betting or gambling.
• Any content involving a minor in a sexual or exploitative way.
• Intimate images of a person shared without their consent.
• Pretending to be another person or brand.
• Scams and harassment.
• Asking for or offering payment outside MySpecial.App, including sharing UPI IDs, phone numbers or payment links in messages.

How it is enforced

Every image and video is screened before anyone can see it. Bios, product descriptions, briefs and messages are screened as text. Content that fails is blocked or held for a person to review.

A message that contains a UPI ID, a phone number or a payment link is held and its sender is warned.

Anyone can report a creator, a post or a message. Reports of intimate images and of impersonation are reviewed first.

Strikes

A breach leads to a strike. The first is a warning, the second pauses selling for 7 days, the third suspends the account permanently. A severe breach suspends the account at once. Each strike can be appealed once.

The same ladder applies to fans.

What we cannot prevent

Unlocked media carries a watermark that identifies the buyer, videos are streamed and cannot be downloaded from the page, and media is hidden when the tab is not in view. Screenshots and screen recordings cannot be prevented.
