Who can sell

You must be 18 or older. Before you can sell, you verify your identity (PAN, an ID document and a selfie) and add a bank account in the same name as your PAN.

What you may sell

Everything you publish, send or deliver must follow the content policy. That includes your page, your products, your messages and your deliveries.

Your promises to fans

• Paid messages: reply within 48 hours, or the fan is refunded automatically.
• Custom requests: accept or decline within 48 hours, then deliver by the due date, or the fan is refunded automatically.
• A locked post removed for a policy breach within 24 hours of a purchase is refunded.

Fees

MySpecial.App keeps a platform fee of 10% of each order, plus GST of 18% on that fee. On an order of ₹100 you receive ₹88.20.

Payouts

Your share of each order is held for 7 days after the order completes, then paid by bank transfer to your verified bank account. After a change of bank account, payouts pause for 72 hours. The payout policy has the details.

Your username

Your username is your page address. It can be changed once every 30 days; the old address redirects for 90 days.

Closing your account

You can close your creator account once your open orders are completed or refunded and your cleared balance has been paid. Records are kept as the law requires.
